Pearl’s puppies are 6 weeks old today, and I still haven’t got much clue which one will join the family.  But they are starting to show individuality.  The dark-faced one that Kate calls Bear has adopted the litter box as his own personal bed.

The one she calls Shadow is distinguishing himself as an escape artist,

and the so-far nameless pup has a flair for photography, responding to the camera with a play bow

and already showing signs of wanting a camera bag.

But there’s still a fair amount of sleeping going on as well.
