Mark Smith, friend, neighbor, and logger, brought over his skidder to help collect all the trees dropped by the arborists on the powerline right-of-way.
The skidder looks like an unwieldy monster to me, but Mark assures me that he can move huge quantities of logs in a couple days without trashing the area he’ll be skidding the logs through. Physics doesn’t seem to be on his side, but I want to believe.
